The Flock Grows at CAPP Rally in Victoria.

Close to a thousand people gathered at Centennial Square in Victoria yesterday in protest against  Parliament prorogue. More than 60 rallies across the country made it known how unhappy they were with the current proceedings of our current governing party. Canadians want action NOW. They want change NOW. Check out what Victoria has to say about Stephen Harper and his clan.
