The legalization of marijuana will not be happening in the near or distant future. Mr. Ignatieff is in favor of decriminalization of small amounts for personal possession. He is not about, filling our jails with personal use users of the drug. Listen to what he has to say.

When I see the old Con zombie Vic Toews crawl out of his hole and sink his teeth into a compromise on the gun registry.Claiming it's a constitutional question and too complicated. Like the census. Even though it isn't."It's almost as if Vic Toews didn't even bother to read the decision of the Supreme Court when he made his comments t […]
There'sNoSpinLikeDeflectorSpinVille....I can't help but wonder if the most timely announcement of the Pickton Inquiry by the mostest illustrious government of Premier Gordon Campbell and his merry band of PABsters wasn't designed, at least in part, to be a brand-new shiny bauble to distract all those suddenly persnickity pundits 'round he […]
This enraging utterly depressing story, South African Reserve's Last Rhino Butchered for her Horn reminds me of Romain Gary whose fabulous book Les racines du ciel contains some good ideas about dealing with poachers. This interesting person and these guys have good english reviews. The 1958 film with Errol Flynn, Trevor Howard, Orson Wells & John H […]
