Fresh Stove Top Fudge

The quickest way to anyone’s heart is this easy to make Stove Top Fudge. A favorite dessert dish for both the office and social parties. |

1 1/4 cup icing sugar 1 350 gram bag of chocolate chips ( semisweet ) 1 can sweetened condensed milk (can use lowfat) 1 tsp vanilla Desired amounts of nuts, herbs and organics. |

1: Take some wax paper and line a bread baking pan with it. Crease it down so that the fudge will sit in there right. 2: Warm the condensed milk at about 5 on top of the stove. Stir continuously as you don’t want the milk the burn. 3: Add icing sugar and whisk to make the sugar melt 4: Add the vanilla 5: Make sure the sure is all melted and no white icing sugar clumps because they will show in the finished product. 6: Add the chocolate chips and keep flipping the mixture until completely blended and the chocolate is completely melted. 7: Pour into bread pan and let set. Now if you cover the fudge with the over hanging waxed paper you can cheat and put it in the fridge. When it is hard, cut into little squares and serve. Bring them out as needed. The best part…they only take 20 minutes to make. |
