Fresh Mocha Sauce

Are you tired of paying expensive Starbucks and specialty coffee shop price?
Then start making your sauces for your favorite  coffee at home. This is a simple mocha sauce I put together, you control the ingredients there are no unknown additives that come in prepackaged powder mixes. Have fun and enjoy the succulent world of chocolate.

Home Made Mocha Sauce

What is Needed
500 Gram can powdered Coco 

Skim powdered milk

white sugar

1 large zip lock freezer bag

1 sauce squeeze bottle ( can be purchased at any kitchen supply store)

 

Directions
Mix in a large zip lock freezer bag the can of Coco, add 1/3 can of powdered skim milk and about 1/2-2/3 can of white sugar. (depending on the taste and sweetness). You will need to experiment on the mixtures of powdered milk and
sugar to the desired texture. Remember the less sugar used the more bitter the mocha sauce becomes.
Close bag and shake until thoroughly mixed.
Add one cup of boiling water to a blender glass and 1 1/2 cups of powder blend until powder thoroughly dissolved.
Mixture depending on thickness desired. 

Indulge in a coffee misto in the morning to
get you going. Put about 1/4 – 1/2 oz of sauce in 20 oz cup
add coffee. Steam some milk in the microwave make a froth and
add to coffee. apply choc drizzle. 

This sauce is great on ice-cream,
in muffins, over fruit. Lots of fantastic places for the
chocolate lover.
