Fresh Chocolate Cake

For those that are concerned about fat in their diet, rest assured there are recipes for great deserts for you as well. Here is a dish that will give you all the satisfaction you need and be healthy at the same time. 

No Guilt Chocolate Cake

What is Needed
cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder,
baking soda, salt, 2 eggs, canned evaporated skim milk,
unsweetened applesauce, corn syrup, vanilla, icing sugar.

Quantities

1/3 C 
1/3 C
1/2 C
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
2
1/2 C
3/4 C
1/2 C
2 tsp
1 tbsp

cornstarch
cocoa powder
sugar
baking powder
baking soda
salt
egg whites
canned evaporated skim milk
unsweetened applesauce
corn syrup
vanilla
icing sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Coat 8" pan with cooking spray
Mix dry ingredients (except icing sugar) in medium bowl
Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl
Add dry ingredients to wet, stir well
pour into coated pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, cool in pan
then sprinkle icing sugar on top.
Cut and serve.

Don’t forget the coffee.
