Fresh Cheese Cake

375 ml (1 1/2 cups) |
chocolate wafer crumbs |

250 g (1 package) |
cream cheese |
| Directions | |
| Preheat oven to 375 degrees F Mix crumbs brown sugar and butter. Press into 9 inch pan deep or pie pan Bake 8-10 minutes Remove from oven and let cool In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Continue to beat while adding sweet and condensed milk and lemon juice. In a separate bowl beat the whipping cream until become stiff. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixed until well blended Fill pie crust then chill for 2-3 hrs.Other additives are various fruits, depending on the mood you want to create. Chocolate shavings make a nice garnish to finish it all off. Don’t forget the coffee. |
